Is the layout available anywhere, looks fun - though I don't get why it is called 'hill climb'. Sure it resembles a tight track, but there isn't a hill . . .

Ales, who made the layouts, left Team Fortitude and took the server with him, figuratively. There is no connection between the toplist (your second link) and the new Lfs.si server.
