He brake earlier and was slower than Vallée in the turn entry, so he stop braking and hit Vallée which send him into gravels loosin 10s and causing minor damage.

#09 tryed overtaking #44 underbraking but braked to late for the corner and used the handbrake to try and make the corner but instead the rearend of #09 hit #44 sending them into the gravel, DT for #09 for unsafe overtaking.

Car #09 used the handbrake to make the pass, causing #09 to loose their rear on corner which resulted in #09 rearend hitting #44 and sending them into the gravel.
