Why i can't use the commands /p_dt USERNAME, /p_sg USERNAME, /p_30 USERNAME, /p_45 USERNAME and the /rcm_ply USERNAME on ower Server?

Because you're not logged in as an administrator?

You need to specify the password when you connect to it.

Maybe you try to do it with the name, they are racing with.

You have to do it with their LFSW-name; to see it, press Ctrl+Shift.

My LFSW-Name and my Racing Name is allways the same. I am logged on the Server as Admin.
Anything else works fine, but i can't give another Driver a Panalty or /rcm_ply Message.

Is this a probleme with "In Sim" - another Peoble tells me that, but i can't believe this?

Not YOUR name, but the name of the driver, you want to give a penalty. If you type his on-screen name, it wont work, if its not the same as his LFSW-name. You have to type the name, that comes up, when you press Ctrl+Tab.
