I was randomly watchin some music videos here and i noticed the horizontal lines. Picture over picture. But overall, its related to "vSynch Off". But i dont remember that windows has it off, never seen something like this. The picture looked pretty ugly. Anyone have idea about this?

I made a little video with my phone, it couldnt get much lines on the footage due to slow fps/shutter speed (idk). But, its 3gp file and if anyone has time and doesnt know what im talking about, check it out.

Also, this kind of vsync effect. ive seen this only on slower pc's. Lines going down from the upper side. But, on my screen its not that slow but the center pic over pic line is visible all the time and its a big big eye killer for me.
