I have read every thread about this, watched Youtube vids, and done a million google searches but I still can't figure this out. I have the file named correctly XFG_KENBLOCK and I have tried the new color in game but nothing is working. The other thing I noticed was I have 2 LFS main folders. One is 1.6GB and the other is only 4mb. But they both have the same folders. Any help would be great.

make sure it is saved as a XFG_Kenblock.jpg (.jpeg will not work) and that it is in the lfs\data\skins folder.

If that still doesn't work post the skinfile up here as an attachment so somone can see what else is wrong

the two-main-LFS-folders issue actually sound horrible.
It's obvious that the 1,6 GB one is the one that's used primarily, but I would advise delete and fresh instal (backup every skin and setup first).
