iwe just raced rotax engines but i think that is the best choise why ? long run time before service, alot of competitors, evenly matched engines, dosen't vibrate to mutch

Evenly matched engines? haha yh OK mate! Why do the British dominate world Rotax? Coz we know how to find and build good Rotax engines! They are So even that one of the UK's national champions invested over £10,000 finding a good 2009 barrel. Doesn't vibrate much? And that's a good thing? They are the worst engines ever put on a go-kart. Like driving a wet blanket and it sounds like a wet-fart! They do last quite well though, though top guys replace pistons a lot more often than they let on.

I once nearly fell asleep driving one!
how old is it ? if its more then 4 yrs old the frame will probably break
atleast from my experience, but it also depends of you gona race with it or just have fun on the weekends
thinink it was 2005 but it hadnt been used for 3 years
£75? you could put that on eBay and make a couple hundred extra. what a bargian
Not £75 for the lot surely?

If you dad is willing to buy a brand new one, surely it would last longer/peform better?
i think thats his thoughts. but i think hed rather buy a second hand chassis and a brand new tkm 4 stroke i will try and speak him out of it. regarding the rotax rebuild costs. i wont actually need it sealed so could i get the price down quite a bit?
