I suspect the following question has been asked many times: I can't read the engine temp, turbo and oil pressure from outgauge packets.

Iis it because this information is not modelled yet it is it because I am using the demo versin of LfS?

The demo version is fully functional, it is only limited in terms of content, limited forum privileges and reduced LFSWorld functionality.
As you correctly suspect, the missing data is not yet modelled, with the exception of turbo pressure which is explained by the fact that all demo vehicles are naturally aspirated and therefor lack a turbocharger altogether.

Engine temp and oil presure are not modeled. But I guess you should be getting 0 (zero) bar turbo presure
