To enter the LFSCART Light Summer Series' qualification and race sessions, the driver must fulfill:
One of the following three requirements:
Racers who have a LLWS2010 license are automatically accepted.
Starting Number 01 is reserved for the LFSCART Light Winter Series 2010 champion. Simon Murphy (no_one) may choose the 01.

One of the following three requirements:
- Participation in at least 3 races of the LFSCART Series
- Driver ranked 30th or better in the spdoRacing Event Database Driver's Ranking, viewable from http://www.spdoracing.com/eventdb/drivers
- Participation in a major Live for Speed League, e.g. ESL, MoE, IGTC, LFS Pro Series
- A hotlap uploaded to http://www.lfsworld.net using the FOX on KY1 within 103% of the
World Record
- A hotlap uploaded http://www.lfsworld.net using the FOX on any road course in the LLSS
schedule within 103% of the World Record
- A total online driven distance equal to or greater than 6,215 miles / 10,000 kilometers
