The rulebook has been corrected and transformed into a good-class form. If you did read it, you don't need to do it again.

However, the rules will be later updated for 99%. We are planning to implement full course caution procedures with safety car which includes restart procedures and so on. Also a few other rules will be most probably modified.

All specific changes will be announced after it's done.
