So I tried to do this on my own, but I lost my nerves and now I`m askng for help with this skin.

The idea is to get the skin as similar as the body in the picture, but some variations and extras are allowed by the artist. I think blue would be good color for the skin but althought I dont know what would it look in another colors, so others can also be suggested.

The light blue shine might be a bit off (i give you that ), but the base is good, no?

uhh... how did you make the blue colour all blingy ?
I know that ms paint has this tool... uhh... spray tool, that sprays small dots,
but i hate ms paint, so does gimp have one too? 'Cause I can't find 'em...

Not sure about GIMP, but in Photoshop you would use the 'add noise' tool.

Wow, that looks great! Wonderful job, hope you get the roof ready.
Hmm, some decals would be nice, but maybe not too many.
Writing isn´t necessary if you dont have any good ideas, because I dont.
