I want to edit my lfs to be a drifting edition. Anyway. When i try to edit the english language, it says that is saved, but when i open the game, it`s english. Sorry for my bad english

If you want to change the language file, change another language, like Spanish, and switch to Spanish in options, should work like that. I don't think that game lets you to edit default language (English).

Just copy the English file and rename it. Then in the file, edit the first lines to not match the English one.
