Drivers placed from 27th to 28th are reserve drivers who can participate in race IF someone from their countries TOP10 drivers is not able to attend the race. These drivers will be sorted by lap times and they will have priority to race instead of the drivers who didn't qualify. Drivers who did not qualify, can still participate in race, only if there will be any space left after placing the reserve drivers. They will be placed at the back of the starting grid.
