Anyone have the update from Y to Y22? I want just to play around with that bug in which changing names corrupts the car's appearance, Chudy's site is gone forever, and LFS.net link to it is dead.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe nobody has this version anymore? It's not like nobody's helping you on purpose, but the test patch link is broken, so I doubt anybody still has a copy of that old test patch.

I have those as well..... not so sure I would distribute though. Quite why you you would want to mess with a bug that has long been resolved is beyond me, unless you are looking for something in particular.
