What ever, I don't care anymore of this subject.

EDIT: RB4 GT with mud tires
What 65D is suggesting is not because he can't drive the corner, but because it is too dangerous.

What should be done there is some more hard surface after the curb, but using it should be slower than the current route.

I also think there really should be an option for removing the tires from the chicane while adding some major bumps (+cones?) there.
A corner being too dangerous isn't really an arguement when you sit behind a computer, is it?

Actually, hard surface would make it more "dangerously" since tarmac doesn't slow down the car enough, which would result in even bigger run off areas, making it more of a desert track

I hate those Tilke-circuits...

Westhill is great, I love this corner in reverse!
Quote from MAGGOT :I agree Weshill needs changes; but not to the track itself. I think some of the walls should be moved in (this is a simulator, to hell with FIA safety regs!) and there needs to be a lot of atmosphere added. Wide open flowing tracks like Westhill are only interesting to drive when you can feel the sense of speed. We need closer visual reference for that sense of speed to carry through (being in the middle of a forest, etc). Hopefully that is something that will come with the update.

Thats actually brilliant. Proper scenery, especially 'forest like', just like you said would really bring life into this track. I think it would be very much like Norschleife in some ways with the right atmosphere.
Nice turn, +1.
That corner is definetly a pain when following close behind another car.

+1 to a WE2 track
Quote from Tomba(FIN) :Just because you can't drive some corner doesnt mean it should be changed.. I find it as a perfect corner and it should not be changed.

He didn't say he couldn't drive the corner, he said it could become a great overtaking point with some changes. I really don't understand some Europeans, you should have more sex and stop caring so much for stupid little things. It's a fictional track, not Monza or Spa, and which is 5 or 6 years old, not 50 or 60.

I'm pretty sure that someone will come with "bla bla bla, I don't need sex, my life is perfect, just like everything in LFS, and nothing may change." And for hell, I understand you, 65D.

How does that fit together? He cares about Westhill just as much as anyone else does, who stated his point.

I mean... as it's a fictional track, it will not hurt that much to change it if it gets better. Not like Hermann Tilke destroying historic grand prix circuits.

What's the difference between that and changing a corner with character, to make it easier.
Quote from PedraumF :it will not hurt that much to change it if it gets better

But that's subjective. For every person liking the change, there will be another one hating it.
