I used to do the XRG/XFG races on CTRA before it closed down. What are some good servers that are similar in that regard? Something where a newbie can get comfortable, and have a bit of a challenge.

(IHR) has some nice racing...attleast it used to be full on evenings.

I would suggest cargame.nl, although the standards aren't good at all. You can easily pick the XFG and drives among other drivers, from different classes. (IHR) seems to be dying slowly, unless I'm wrong, and struggles to get players nowadays. But if it attracts more people in the future, just go on it, it's an excellent server, very well managed.

When you'll get more experienced you should try FM FOX Junkies or [AMG]. They propose powerful cars in a stricter environment.
