There was a Nationwide Series COT car on display at a local nationwide office near my house today. And the last picture, some random trailer at petsmart painted in Clint Bowyer's paintscheme. Doubt it's official, unless it's like a backup trailer or something? Dunno.
EDIT: Doubt it's official now, IIRC, it was a Dodge or Ford truck pulling the trialer. Kinda looks like a ford in the picture.
Ehh, it had some similarities, but it looks alot different. Overall it's alot rounder than the cup car, the front end is alot bigger, with a more aggressive angle. The splitter is actually part of the body, doesn't look sharp at all, and has no braces. It looks abit taller, but maybe it's just an illusion. And the grille is alot bigger. Afterall it does share the same frame as the cup car, but there are alot of differences.
Yeah I probably should of clicked on the pics to make them look bigger, as it does look pretty different.
I don't think the roof is taller, but the rear decklid is (look at it rise after driver's door). Nose is much rounder and smoother like you said, I actually don't really mind the look myself.
New Nationwide car looks much better than the Cup car. The Mustangs and Challengers look especially good, can't wait for that Daytona race. I'm not a huge Junior fan but it would be awesome if he won in the #3 car.
I thought it was hilarious that he said he didn't see him coming. Coming out of turn 2 it was AJ, Ambrose, Johnson. They went into turn 3 in the same order, only AJ was spinning down onto the lower part of the track. Ambrose you could see just played it smart and slowed down drastically. Johnson just tried to drive by like nothing happened, and apparantly his spotter didn't say anything either? Right!
Honestly, doesn't look like he could do anything to not get hit, if he went left, he would've still hit him, if he hit the brakes, he would lock them up and most likely hit the wall. You people just try to hard to criticize him.
Watch the first bit with Conway, its AJ>Ambrose>JJ. Thats turn 2, like I said previously. Then going down into turn 3 you can see by the last camera angle (in the very back) Ambrose was on the brakes and Jimmie tried to be superman and just fly around the outside.
So once again, Johnson should have seen him, and even if he couldn't, the spotter should have.
If you look, coming out of 2, Johnson is right on his ass, so he obviously passed him before they got into 3. Being passed by Johnson, ambrose saw AJ, and slowed down.
Right, so much more speed on exit that he was able to squeeze through Ambrose and the wall. He passed Ambrose on the outside, so yeah... that story doesn't add up.
52 seconds - Jimmie no where near Ambrose.
1:03 - Jimmie still behind Ambrose on exit, 2 car lengths back.
1:21 - (top right of screen) You see Ambrose braking, Jimmie flying by on the outside.
