I saw on LFS racetracks for new people, theres a test area, is this true??

If you mean the Autocross locale (Skidpad, 2-lane and 8-lane dragstrip) then, yes, it's true. It requires an S1 license to access.

Yes there is a "test area" in LFS, it is the Autocross Course and it contains a parking lot (much like the one on Blackwood GP), a skidpad, and a drag strip (4 and 8 lanes).
