No, you got it wrong. It's 3.21 hours because you are on summer time that adds you +1 hour!

It's taking place at 18:00/6:00 PM. If you're in GMT+1, it's 19:00/7:00 PM in your time. You're just adding the hours needed to your time.

For GMT-2 - it's at 4.
For GMT-1 - it's 5.
For GMT - it's at 6.
For GMT+1 - it's at 7.
For GMT+2 - it's at 8.
For GMT+3 - its at 9.
For GMT+4 - its at 10.


Or use the time converter.

But if you count summer time in, you need to add an additional hour...
