Automatic skin download is only possible with a S2 licence; and its no special program.

In the demo, you have to download them manually and put them in your skins_x folder.

I do the copy from Skins_X, what other way is there to do it??

Just set the option to download skins automatically to yes.

It is on by default.

Yes, its under Misc. (dont know, if thats the right word, the german word is "Sonstige" )
