I just had a nice racing, when I wanted to make a screenshot of guys battling in front of me. So I pressed SHIFT instead of CTRL + S to make a screenshot. (me stupid)
Is there a way to remap this "by default" to something else? For example to SHIFT + L to spectate?

Just an idea...

Oooh. That wouldn't be very fun. Typically I wait till the end of the race, save a replay then get screen-shots as desired. Also this allows you to pick the perfect camera shot.

There isn't a way within LFS, and I am not sure but it may/may not be possible with external things. JoyToKey could make it so you have a button on your wheel/gamepad do this for you.

Oh I did that once on CTRA, but a bit different. I was beeping my horn across the line as I was about to win, but I had the stupid clown one, so I pressed shift-h to change it, but caught shift-g which put me into auto gears and got me spectated about 50m from the line

That is full of fail! (And I'm not talking about spectated for shift-g...) You in first? All in good fun of course!
