ever heard of something called flash games for example? its been the web standard for rich content for the last 10 years or so and will continue to be so for quite a while yet... deal with it

I'll bring up the inevitable "flash games are designed for a persistant cursor"... Unless you want a bunch of games like MGS Touch.. flash games are kinda useless, due to no way to distinguish between "oh hai, cursor movement" or "oh hai click"... It was never designed for that, and for it to work, it'd haffto ahve all those apps redone/rethought out, and why not at that phase just implement it in JS or something?

The flash issue is so stupid. on an iPhone, why do you need those games, you have 3 trillion billion games on the app store.

Can you give some examples of flash sites/games that have this issue? I have used some flash sites and a few games from my N900 and never seen this problem in real life. (Although my flash use has been mostly youtube and similar video sites with it). Also, the stock N900 browser has a special "cursor" mode that can be enabled for such cases but I have never needed it.

So, you mean in a game like that flash portal.. you're gonna KB + pointer to play it? That's gonna be so comfortable and easy to use.
