Yes. It will not work with recent versions.

so...can i download the older versions and still keep my most update version U...or have i got to install the patch over that...

Copy the old version to another folder... i am not sure, but maybe just copying the .exe file of old version will help.

2. LFS S2 Alpha Version P5 (patch) - 1.2MB (Apparently not needed)

I understand the idea of the patch and each to their own si I have no problems with that
But why change a GREAT thing
LFS is fine as it is - a real good sim

It was still misleading (until the edit), and it just bugs me because so many people get it wrong.

I agree, it's very misleading. I dunno why anyone actually said LFS 0.5P, instead of just Patch P? It's very easy for the 5 to change position there
