is it possible to have fans blow at you as if the wind in the game was coming out

like in racing the faster you go the faster the fans spin simulating wind ?


just a mad thought i had as i was in a roller coaster simulator and that did it so if anyone has any info on this i would be ver yhappy

the program would be intense....

what you would need, is an outgauge, or outsim program that senses how fast the car is going, and you hook up a fan to the computer and that program and you get them to all work together.

if you want to get fancy, you could try to get it to figure out diretion, and make the program change the direction of the fan with some sort of contraption

you could possibly use outgauge speedo to control 12v car radiator fans (increase in car speed increase fan speed), wouldn't have a clue how to wire or program it but in theory it could work.

This is actually a good idea. Also, how about using a mechanic boxing glove hooked up via insim to simulate impacts during crashes? But that probably wouldn't work, as you'd need front and side airbags too (for protection).

it encourages you to drive safely, and not crash, because you would have to pay for every time they go off...both physically, and with money
