I'm thinking about that.

At all the events I organised so far, I have let people make over the money to my bank account.

I then would take the money off the bank, and put them in a special money box (old cigar box). (with the names off all payers in there.)

If you people agree with this method, everythings fine with me.

Although, I would ofcourse wait with paying, and other, until we have enough participants, and everything is sure with the karttrack.

The only reason I organise events, is to give people pleasure and joy.

That's why don't want any money to be left unused after my LAN-Parties.

I do it as "vrijwilleger".

For example, the LAN van Cranendonck 2010.

Close before the LAN was over, there was about 30 euro's left. So I made up that I would calculate all the scores overall, and give number 3, 2 and 1 overall some money.

Ok so now also Creatmas / Blackevil, might join us on the kartmeeting.

We still have 7 sure attendees, and now 4 maybe's.

I do however want 10 sure attendees before starting to have further contact with the circuit.

Dear attendees,

With regret I must announce to you that I have become sick, and therefor this kartmeeting will not happen this summer vacation.

I have had special threatment in hospital and must rest for 1 month.

I'm really sorry that this has happened, but I choose my health infront of a kartmeeting.

Hopefully I didn't ruin someone's joy with that.
