Okay guys, tomorrow is the big day, so here a few thoughts:
1. For our stats tool we still need the LFSWorld nick of a few drivers, especially newly added ones. Could you pls post them in this thread? If you are not sure you havent submitted them, just post anyways.
2. It's a long race. A very long race. So drive accordingly. One of the rules of endurance racing is that you dont do contested passes any more than you absolutely must. Finishing after 12h is more important than wheel banging in the first couple of minutes.
3. The start: remember we will do double file from the last sector on. Leave room and be careful if you think you need to warm up your tires on the formation lap. We will drive single file (each car after the other) until split three, then form up in double file (rows of 2 cars). Be careful in the chicanes. The leader: hold speed 80km/h when the pacecar pulls into the pits until the admin gives you the green flag.
4. For information purposes, we advise a member of each team come into #lfs-endu at 9:30(am) CET, that is half an hour before the race.
5. Ocrana FXO GTR is short on racers so one of the racers of their other teams will jump in as substitute. Normally this is not encouraged, but we figured having 13 cars is better than 12.
Any more questions? Just ask.
