Hi there. I just got a new laptop (Acer Aspire 7740g-6364) and a Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2. It works fine in LFS, except no "rumble". I'm just wondering if this is something in LFS or something in the controller. Not really a big deal, it was the cheapest cordless gamepad I could find (by a company I recognize).

Just install Logitech drivers and you'll get the rumble enabled

Installed it and try to run it and get "Logitech Profiler was unable to detect any gaming devices...." Same problem as this thread: http://forums.logitech.com/t5/ ... ofiler-problem/m-p/104591

I'm about ready to give up

I've been using a PS2 pad for 4 years and I've never had it rumble/vibrate in LFS. It vibrates in other racing games/sims that I've had on my PC, but never in LFS.

That is the latest driver.

Well, I never used my gamepad in LFS, but in other games I had to install the profiler to get rumble. Could be that LFS doesn't have rumble though
