Description: After having caught the #33 car of Tiger Express Motorsports, the #24 car of LLM driven by JJ Wang goes for a dive in the second chicane of the course. The two cars touch slightly. #25 then goes off, hits the well slightly, looses no more than 1 or 2 seconds and rejoins the course.
A few minutes later, #33 gets a Drive Through for that.
We really do not think we were in fault in that incident. For us, it was a racing incident at most. We wouldn't have been too much bothered in a "normal" situation, but the relation between the two admins in charge and #25(as one of the admins is the manager of LLM, and the other is his twin-brother) really makes us think that the decision might have been biased. Therefore we would like to ask it to be investigated again, preferably by someone else than the 2 officials in charge of the adminning work.

i would like to inform you that #25 manager is not an admin he has the password so he could see the yellow flag messages when i was ever looking away. Also i had told you there would be no appeal to this penalty. you pushed #25 off i watched the replay and saw the exact same thing over and over again. The decision was not biased and i had actualy seen the contact initialy and rewatched it to be shure of my findings.

#33 gave sufficient room to #25 whilst staying within the track boundaries, then gets hit by #25 making him go straight instead of left. I'm glad that you rewatched it to be shure (sic), otherwise I might've given you the benefit of the doubt.

The incident was controversial I would say. I'm sorry but I've never driven this combo before yesterday so I dont know much about where the overtaking points on this track are.

I had a very good run off Yann at T1 (because he blocked) so I switched backed and started sprinting to the chicane. Yann went wide because of old tires exiting the chicane and pushed me off track. In retrospect Yann could have lifted off more. But he can also argue that I was the one who started to pass at the chicane (which probably isnt a overtaking spot on the track).

I see this incident as an on the fence. You can put blame on yann or me or just declare it a racing incident. IMHO this is a hard one to call. But it is completely up to the admins to decide.

FTR I'm not going to lodge a protest. I had fun racing with you Yann and I hope you and I can meet on track competitively again

Thats alot more time loss than just 30 secs... would've been difference between 6th and 5th for the #25

Description: car 25 has pitd and coming back to track, im seing that its gonna be a close call if i will make it befor him, im trying to take so much inside line as possible still not so i will lose time. Syddenly car 25 forgets why the pit line is made and turns trough the poles ond the pitlane and and trying to push me out, i didnt even had time to brake cause i tought no one would drive like that. you should follow the pitlane so much ass possible. I got a drive trought for having wrong name when i joined the server (and ok i accept it) but i still think this is a bigger violence.

First, before I respond I will say that I admit that I am at fault for this and will accept all responsibility.

But, let me explain what was happening please. Arox had blown a tire the lap before and was desperately trying to pit to maintain 3rd place and a podium finish for LLM. However, by the time I had finished with my pitstop, I had saw the FZR Drunk car very close to me while I was exiting pit lane. As I got around the bend on the outside of the hairpin (still in pitlane), I saw that the Drunk FZR was still behind me but rapidly closing and decided to try and cut as close as possible.

I was on fresh cold tyres so I desperately tried to avoid going through the chicane side by side. So I decided to squeeze the Drunk car. (also cutting the pit exit).

Please note that I didn't turn directly into you. I didn't weave, and I didnt brake check you. But yes, I did cut pit exit and I could have given you loads more room. I wasnt keen on hitting you but trying to get as good as a setup for the chicane as possible. But it was too late and you slammed into me.

I wasnt maliciously trying to run you off track, I just wanted to do a little BTCC squeezing (after all this is called GT3 touring car series right?). It unfortunately resulted in a crash and I will take full responsibility for it. Had the squeeze worked I probably could have fought the third back or at last ended 4th. But it didn't and I am very sorry for it. I'm just glad it didn't ruin your race as much as it did mine. I hope there will be no hard feelings between us.

yes no problem, just taking this up so i would not happend again in the next races in my oppinion no need for a penalty because it would not effect my race anyway just be more carefull in the future

#25 recieves last row penalty for incident. (cutting pit exit and contact with other car causing them to lose time but not positions) penalty isnt final other admin(s) will look at it.
