A bit of help with a laptop...
I'm on a laptop momentaly, until my PC arrives from service and the laptop is kinda slow...

It has a gig of ram (984MB), 2GHz (3200) dual core processor and Intel 4 Series Chipser Express GPU...

I get 30-50FPS. I know it is more GPU related here but it seems that it was faster when my AVG wasn't on, so I'd like to know which of these processes can I kill so I can go to Internet, play LFS and listen to the music (WMP is the program if you need to know it...). I think it would make LFS faster... And I already put all the setting on lowest. Screenie in ATT.
P.S. "Proced sustava miruje" is the amount of unused GHz's.

EDIT: Screenie coming in a min or two... Accidentally saved in bmp.
EDIT2: Uploaded...

Windows will not allow you to kill any really important process, but as a precaution you shouldn't kill any process owned by SYSTEM nor any of the "svchosts". Other than that you might kill whatever you please, but I guess you won't notice any major increase in performace.

IDK... Without AVG I had about 20 more FPS...
I find that kinda hard to believe, but if you think so, you can disable AVG for the time you're playing.
Meh just disable the real-time guard and schedule/run a scan when you've done something naughty..
