yeah i know it wont work with the distance. and alot of her breakups have been messy, and i want to stay friends at least if it doesnt work out..so idk if i wanna risk it, cause it would be a pretty big loss (she is one of the only people around the place we vacation at, so without her id be bored every day).

If you look back in off topic you will find my what would you do thread, coz i was in this pretty much exact situation fairly recently, i split with my gf, then other girl left her job near me and i havent seen her since, i was sure it was what i wanted at the time but looking back i did really make a huge mistake.
So if youre gonna do this, and i really cannot stress this enough mate, for gawds sake be as sure as you possibly can be before you act, because its a right pisser when everythings fallen down around you and you are left on your own and wishing you hadnt done it.
Who actually cares about the age difference. I had a 24 years old girlfriend when i was 17.. It worked pretty good tbh and was one of the longest relationships i had.

Dan is 26. Now I aint saying that at that age you cant do the 3 things I listed, but its just that he probably has a better understanding of what love, and a relationship actually means.
