has anyone used camspace for headtracking in lfs ?
it is possible to use it as headtracking by setting it so that it controls the mous and the you set view function in LFS to MS x or MS xy, but this way you cant play with keyboard and the mouse.

is it olso possible to use a joystick for controlling the view in lfs ?

Yes it is but with it enabled, the keyboard can no longer be used for steering, mouse remains available as do throttle and brakes on the keyboard.

• Options -> Controls
• select wheel / joystick at the top
• click Axes/FF near the centre of the screen
• assign Mouse X to Steer if you want mouse steering
• assign the corresponding joystick axes to the Look Heading, Look Pitch and Look Roll

If necessary, assign the correct buttons in Buttons 1 and Buttons 2.

thx for the explenation, now i need to solve the problem that the camspace joystick drivers wont install on win7
