IGTC Round 5: Driver's Meeting

Hello Drivers and Managers,

Wind: There will be no wind.
Minimum SC period laps: 2
Layout: The layout is on server. In Qualifying, any pole contact in the first turn or oval chicane will invalidate the current lap. In race, only repetitive contact with the tyres in the oval chicane may result in penalites, starting with warnings.
SC Rules: Again, take note of the SC rules. The Green Flag will be flown when the SC is in pit lane. However, racing does not resume until you cross the start/finish line - there is no overtaking before then. The leader decides when to start to accelerate after the SC clears the track.
Remember to use the $sc bind if you become beached or inverted. It will help us get to you quicker if we do not notice quickly ourselves.
Beware of cars on the right hand side at pit entry and also exit. Leave space and be heads up in these areas especially.

I deleted the pole that was placed on top of the kerb in the oval chicane that was mentioned in the race discussion thread. The other pole that was on the kerb was moved back to be off of the kerb.

I don't know... The point of the $SC command is to spot a possible SC situation as fast as possible. Once the admins gets the "XX F.Lastname alerted the admins" message, they can easily have a look at XX's position on track with the name list and then take the appropriate decision.

Of course that's only my opinion as a driver, I've no experience of this in-sim as an admin.
