Well Westhill will get an update, but we do not know what this update might be. It could be a rallycross track, it could be other road sections, it could basically be a total facelift of the whole track... but nobody knows
I am really looking forward to know more about this when it's ready.

Personally I would be a little unpleased with a mere little update to the track What needs to be done is to make the scenery resemble a mountain / hilly setting, rather than just the flat borring scenery we have now, IMO The track itself is O.K enough, but with too little elevation changes to justify it's name.

No. Actually they weren't.

Yes. 0.5 came out, which marked the availability of S2 content. but S1 users got all the same physics changes, and heck.. they've even gotten another car in the 0.5 stage (FBM).

The version changed.. 0.3 to 0.5.. so the engine did. Content did not. Theoretically they could have released "S2" in the 0.3 build.. and then released the new 0.5 engine.
