I think it would be nice if we could use a grayscale .jpeg that would control the reflectiveness of parts of our skins. I know this would probably be *really* hard to implement, but it would still be nice. (Chrome and matte)

I have to say, this is an exceedingly appealing idea. It definitely gets my vote. I'm not sure about the implementation.. downloading two files would be more of a burden.. but if it were a 3-colour GIF, for chrome, normally reflective and matte, that reflectivity file wouldn't be large at all.

or.. we could have an option somewhere, either a little section of the skin be 3 colors as you said sam in the skins, or uploading at lfsw have that option, but i dont think that would work

i say.. there are 3x the amount of reflection files, and depending on some corner of the skin, red green or blue, determines very shiny, normal, and matte
