hi. I have server on my pc it works.But
1- i can,t kick or ban
2-the player dosen,t see welcome.txt
3-can i but songs << can hear it all the player

You need to enter admin passwordin your setup file and then enter it before going ingame.

I enter the pass in setup but it dosen,t works

and i have a normal host but the player dosent see welcome

You can't play a song and broadcast it for other people so everyone hears it using LFS. If you want to do this you'll need to use some other broadcasting software and get people to listen to it.
