Improvement tips - FOX at AS3 (and general)
I'm not really a beginner but I guess this goes here anyway. Thing is I feel as if I drive like one, despite a pretty long time in and out of LFS, and after discovering the FOX a while back and racing it quite a lot I feel as if I really should be faster than I am at this point.

I did shave off PB after PB on FM's server for a while, but now I seem to have hit a dead end and I struggle to even come close to my current PB's on some (if not most) tracks.

So, I welcome any tips you may have for me! I chose to upload AS3 since it's probably the track I've been driving the most through the years (not necessarily in FOX but overall), and so any general driving errors, as opposed to track specific ones, should be extra obvious, maybe?
Track specific tips are of course still appreciated (chances are that those can still be applied to other tracks).

I compared the lap to the WR via LFSW after uploading, so I have some ideas, especially concerning line, where I can gain some time, but please hit me with anything you come to think of, even if it seems obvious.

The time is about 0.2 off my online PB and those three laps represents an average sprint race by me pretty well.

Few notes:

Learn when you can and when you can't use the kerbs to gain time. A prime candidate is through the last turn at AS3. Using the kerbs cuts the distance you travel and also allows you to carry a higher minimum speed.
Be smoother with the steering wheel when you're going through the flat out kinks. If you use jerky motions you can scrub off some speed.
Through the middle and towards the exit of T1 you're holding too much steering lock. Let the car run right out over the exit kerb with a small amount of right hand lock. You'll get more speed down the next straight.
Some of the upshifts feel/sound like they're a little late. It could be worth investigating that (comparing your lap to the WR and seeing how the time gap grows from the exit of the second hairpin after split 1).
Your downshifts are quite slow, so you're missing out on potential engine braking. Try downshifting earlier and quicker. Listen out for over-revving the engine though (which can do damage and cost you straightline speed).
You're using an inconsistent amount of throttle blip on downshifts. Sometimes you're using too much, which will cost time.
You're spending quite a lot of time coasting (especially into the hairpins). Try braking later and using more trail braking.
Amp got really great tips there

Other is setup, i was able to reduce my pb with seconds just by asking for a new set from someone (or customizing my own, but im quite bad with that) for the track.

Keep on practicing, you might not notice it but you are getting slightly better every single lap
amp88: Great tips indeed, thank you! I will keep it all in mind and continue to push myself.

-RitariÄssä-: I'm confident with the setup and know it's capable of much better times (47s), so I don't think I can squeeze out much more in that area atm (especially considering I suck at making setups myself and frankly don't feel like putting much energy into it, atleast not atm).
It's a good tip though, to make sure the setup is not hindering your progress, but I've learned that lesson so for me it's not the case I reckon.
