you dont need a setup just ruin the tires by doing donuts and when they are on red, spin the wheels and put the brakes on

you can also put the brake balance all to the front. this way you can step on the brakes while being on the throttle. narrow gearbox might help too. oh yeah, and use the locked diff to burn both tyres. ... no, I won't ask about the point of this.
