Brief description of incident.

Protests due by 16:00 UTC on Sunday, September 12, 2010.
Session of incident: Race 1
Lap AND Timecode of incident: Lap 21(23 according to LFS), 25:55
Cars involved: 63 and 08
Brief description of incident: 63 hits the apron for no reason, and then goes straight into 08. This sent 08 spinning into the pitlane at high speed, and made it drop to last.

Session of incident: Race 2
Lap AND Timecode of incident: Lap 53(55 according to LFS), 55:05
Cars involved: 58, 69, 89, 43, 87, 10 and 09
Brief description of incident: 58(who already put the field in great danger after tangling with 92 the lap before, fortunately without any consequences) gives a nudge to 69 at the kink after the start/finish line. He then squeezes 69 to the outside at turn 1, looses control, spins, and creates a monumental pile-up involving at least 7 cars. 58 then posts one line of unnecesary chat after landing upside down(while the chat is of course closed), which doesn't even seem to be related to the incident.

Car 58 holds a slightly higher line, possibly expecting Car 11 to be still alongside. Car 69 looks right, sees 58, but assumes that 58 will move down track, which he doesn't. Precedent was set in 2009 Kyoto 500 that this style of incident is a racing incident.

Car 58 - 10 driver's points penalty for repetitive chat throughout event during chat closed periods.

Also, from administrative cleanup:

Feature Race Lap 17 (LFS 19): Car 58 - 10 driver's points penalty for causing an avoidable incident with cars 05 and 08.
