i found a window in the game that lets me change how my exhaust sounds.... and now i cant find it again. anyone know what keys pop this up?

I find in the 0,5 z the shift+a command, but i would use it in the 0,5 v.
How can i use it couse in the v version hasnt the shift+a command.
please help me.
I use the tweak and the bespoke, and i would mix the sound of a V6 turbo engine, or a diesel.
