Hello every one, im here to announce my new team light speed racing [LSRT]. We are looking for new members to join the team. Any drifters, racers, drag racers, rally racers, skinners, build up the team.

AFAIK:

Using them offline/on your own private server: legal. Using them on public servers: up to the servers' owner to decide I guess... Allowing them on race servers is asking for trouble anyway. Advertising them on official LFS websites: illegal.

Posting a link to a website filled with .vobs should be on a grey area - kinda. Would have been refused like a year ago obviously, but no one seems to care about it anymore.
