I am makin a cruise server for myself on single player and would like to have shops and a bank and stuff. I was told about these insim things. What are they and how do u get them or do u have to make them??

Yes you have to download InSim applications, or create them. There are a selection of easy to use InSim apps like Lapper, Airio etc. But since you want a cruise app, you should look at the Programming section in Tools and Libs. There are various applications (like LsC InSim app) that already feature banks, shops and more

Custom InSim apps are expensive, because they involve a lot of code, so free sources would be the best choice!

Hello. I have downloaded that Lsc insim you attatched to that link and i have also downloaded Microsoft visual studio 2010. Now what do i do to get the insim onto my single player cruise server?

As far as my knowledge insim does not work on single player, It needs a mutliplayer server to send data to and receive. I doubt you could do anything to make it work singleplayer.

InSim does operate in single player mode.

Yup - it even works if you just play back a replay.
