If you want to play with ur friends with Tweak , go on a tweak server or host one . Its not to us to waste time on fails like this :S

Some things:

1: If you are a lisenced user, please use that on this forum to prevent flamewar
2: To make a tweak server and play with your friends, do following:

• Share the tweak setting between your friends, every user MUST HAVE the same car tweak settings or they will not be able to connect to the server
  
• One of you host a server, while the other joins
  
• Tweak only works / is only allowed to be used by lisenced users
