Hi all, I was thinking about buying a new laptop just to do rendering on 3ds max, I dont care if its 2nd hand or brand new as long as it functions how it should, I dont have too much to spend so its no good posting up a laptop for £400, I would say my limit is £100. I understand if none of the laptops for £100 Less will run 3ds max But that is all i wish to run on there, Nothing like lfs or my other games.

i've run 3dsmax on my atom n270 computer, i think the real limiting factors are cpu speed and the amount of memory you have (vs your time, of course).

it's actually a nettop... i think. these new format's are all confusing these days.

the system itself is a msi wind ap1900, i bought it for $500 canadian, give or take...
