Hi.

Does anyone else, like me, really, really, really like 24? And if so, has anyone seen Season 8? Bought it on Monday from Blockbuster for a reasonable £29.99 and watched about 5 episodes an evening.

Just finished it yesterday and I must say, season 8 was truly, in my opinion, the best season. The action, drama and the anticipation had me shouting and yelling at the TV as if I was actually in the movie.

Chloe did a really awesome job.

i tried watching season seven after watching redemption, and i got bored 3/4's of the way through.

not watched 24 at all. i think a boxset or 7 will be sorted for when i decide to do an new series marathon

I watched season 8 on Sky at the start of the year (i think), and yes, it was a very good season, but i want more

I've watched all of them, from Season 1 ep1 to ep24 of Season 8. Up until Season 8, Season 4 was my favourite.

SEASON 8 SPOILER***I think it's really sad how everyone who gets close to Jack dies, apart from his daughter which at least is good I suppose. Like at that the end of season 8, after Renee got killed and Jack extracted revenge, he then almost got shitted on by the US/Russian governments and then, even though he was allowed to live, he had to run away again and leave all his friends behind.***SPOILER.

Everyone says Season 6 was the best, and while at times was slightly drab (and there was wayy too much torture), I think Season 1 was the worst. But even the worst season of 24 is much better than 99% of other stuff that's on TV.

I meant like properly close, first Terri, and then he looses Audrey, and now this. I mean like in a relationship. He still has Chloe though...and she's awesome.

The interaction between the characters at a personal level has always been awkward to watch, it's not interesting in the least and drags on for bloody ages. Similarly - though intentionally - some specific character traits just make me want to bash my face against the desk. Mostly it's been fun to watch, but the further I've gone through the seasons, the more I've found myself browsing the web instead of concentrating on the episode.

I was a late starter tbh, watched from season 3, but bought season 1 and 2 box sets after i realised i had been missing a great show. Still need to buy season 7 & 8 yet though, but i'm ready for a re watch

Love 24 and want more of it. It's sad they decided to end it, they should've atleast leave an oportunity for more seasons..

Not watches 24, but I have watched Prison Break whcih I;ve heard is pretty much the same thing-ish kind of nearly.

Lol, yeah, it's the same as in, it's a show you watch on TV, but that's where the similarities end IMO.
