As I see it there are 3 major updates that would help tons and the odd little itsy bitsy one.

Major ones are
-Options to have fully open track (S2 License+ only)
-Slightly higher poly models on LX's so they actually have attached
-More patrols for mods

Minor ones

-Music player that takes MP3's because that would be so handy
-Ability to change interior colours too?
-Self .rar'ing replays? I found one that was 2.7gb big.
-Maybe more ability to skin i.e. Making it easier to change Number Plate edges?
-Lack of bandwidth warning?

yes but OGG is amazingly old and not all of us have a flippin OGG encoder...unless audacity counts but I don't want to go through every CD I own putting it through audacity track by track making it OGG from MP3.
