There are like 5 posts a day in this topic and when i post a request it's suddenly quiet for 2 days and then everyone moves on with other subjects and pics

You can't expect quality artwork to be done by a snap of fingers. Be patient. Some people spend HOURS if not DAYS making a single edit. It doesn't help either that your screenshot is quite small (resolution) and doesn't have AA or AF enabled, which means the initial quality isn't very tempting to begin working with.

Give it some time.

To be honest the pic isnt very good quality, and to do a half decent rain pic would require completley changing the sky etc etc

Even once thats done it wont necesarily look great because of the jaggies Any chance of taking a better quality pic

If u read last page u can see ive asked for help and got answer and i've changed the settings ingame to 1024x768 32 bit and ive put AA and stuff at high already so...
My video card: GeForce 6610 XL - 128 mb
And ingame the screen is waay better
when i make screenshot the quality just drops..its really weirdillepall

None of your screenshots I've seen have AA enabled, using the printscreen button has nothing to do with lowering the quality. It captures whatever you have on your screen, nothing else. Get AA on, perhaps use higher resolution (atleast 1280x960) and people will more likely edit your screenshot.

I dont know if its true, but i'm sure i read somewhere that if you alt+tab out of LFS, then go back into it it doesnt have AA and AF any more, and people were saying they were getting more FPS, but only because the AA and AF werent being used. So maybe thats whats been happening before.

Just turn AA and AF on (as high as they will go) in your card settings (make sure its set to always on and not game specific) load up LFS, put it on the highest resolution, run a replay (then you can slow it down if you get bad FPS because of the increased resolution) and press print screen. Go into photoshop, paintshop pro or whatever and paste it ... its not that hard

try those. done few edits from them too but they aint good.

Tried to edit one of my images, and ran into a wall when trying to make the ground look wet. If anyone could give some advice I'd really appreciate it
