So, recently my xbox crashed out, altho ive been wanting to go with a simulation game with a wheel anyways. I was playing for Forza for the longest time. Now im looking to see if my specs are good enough to run this game and possible other games at good fps. I dont really wanna get into somthing ive im gonna be frusterated at low frame rates.

LFS will definitely run on this (since CPU is more important than GPU), but it's difficult to give you a framerate range you'd expect to get. The best advice would just be to download LFS (for free) and try the demo out with different graphics settings. Play about with the resolution (in Screen Options) and the graphics settings (Graphics Options).

Would that be possible without a steering wheel right now?

yes, this game fully supports keyboard, and mouse use, and almost any other controller you can think of, that you can connect to the computer.

OK! I will be getting the demo or w/e such program i need to test my cpu.
