Have you opened the ports for LFS? Any firewalls restricting LFS' communication?

Have you tried port forwarding? Have a look in the LFS Manual:

Quote :Port Forwarding / Home Routers

There are quite a lot of home routers out there, so giving a guide for them all would be quite difficult. Heres one for DD-WRT (I run a linksys WRT54G).
Open a browser window, and goto your router's IP address. In most situations you'll find this is your default gateway. You can find this by going to Start > Run, typing "cmd", clicking ok, and then typing "ipconfig" and pressing enter.
Click "Applications & Gaming"
Click "Port Forwarding"
Click Add
The following settings should be enough: Application = LFS, Port From = 63392, Protocol = Both, IP Address = Your Local IP Address (can be found from ipconfig, as above), Port to = 63392, and tick Enable.
Click "Save Settings"

Check out PortForward.com for a guide for your router.

can u tell me step by step?
If you have Windows firewall activated or a firewall with the antivirus software, make sure LFS is in the exemption list. Look for the Program Permissions in the Firewall settings. Make sure LFS.exe is in that list.

Quote from NotAnIllusion :Recheck that the lfs.exe is allowed in the firewall, and you could also add it to the exceptions list. Once you're sure the problem doesn't lie in the firewall, the next thing to look at is your router. Find the port forwarding page, and add ports 63392 and 29339. Both TCP and UDP.

Quote from morpha :Only the server port, opening 29339 (master server) is not necessary (unless that happens to be the port you're hosting on).
The server port is the one you set in the "Port" field of the "Start new host" screen, 63392 is the default setting.

To do this, go to http://www.portforward.com/. Find your router make/model. On the next page, there is a link on the top right corner "Click here to skip this advertisemet advertisement...", click it. Find the Live For Speed Server on the next page. The resulting page got a guide on how to port-forward on your specific router.
