I didn't know what to do if the pit lane is separated and not just a full line and so I asked several guys if it is allowed to cut the pit line in this situation or no and they said it's not allowed, so yes, that's why everyone got penalties. I looked for it on the internet, couldn't find anything about it, but just that the pit line is not allowed to be short cutted.

If anyone can prove me wrong, go for it (I'm not saying I'm right), but I didn't make it up, people told me it still counts as a pit line, so...

Sorry, you are wrong this time (I made sure I was correct), it is still not allowed to cross the pit exit line. If you need proof, PM me. It is striped only because it crosses with the racing trajectory line, which I also thought before.
