Well, here comes a newb question.

How can I paint my car on the template? Like from the default white from blue or something. I'm using Gimp 2.6. I know how to add logos and that stuff. Can anyone help? And also, if I add something to a finished skin, all the logos and stuff is low resolution. Please help!

Cheers, this helped. Also, I learned that it is better to make skins with .psd files, not .jpg Because GIMP can open .psd files.

You simply just do all your editing in .PSD and then after your happy/want to check the skin then you just save it in .JPEG and go from then.

Also, when downloading pro kits, be sure to read the readme files, as there is always bound to be some useful info in them for when editing
