Check out my 2 min video of a Lady bird i filmed in the park in Macro.
All of it is video.. No photos or stills/snapshots were used.
Camera is a panasonic fz38 with a Raynox macro adapter.
This was my second atempt at macro filming... enjoy..

it cost about 50 quid..... well worth it.... considering a full slr camera starts at 300 quid for a macro

camera cost 200 pounds second hand......

you do need a tripod and a steady hand
